A useful guide with the most important rules for booking a room and staying at our hotel.

Check in - check out



Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in: 11:00 (+4 000 HUF / room)
Late check-out: until 12:00 free of charge
After 12:00 o’clock every started hour, 2.000 HUF/room.

The rooms can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and are available until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Depending on the number of bookings, the hotel provides the opportunity of early arrival, as well as late departure, at a given cost.
If the guest wants to occupy the room before 7 a.m. on the day of arrival, the full room price for the previous night will be charged. The late departure fee is 2.000 HUF per room after 12 p.m. and the full room price is charged after 5 p.m.

Reception



Our hotel has a 24-hour reception service available to guests.

City tax / tourist tax



Our prices do not include taxes on tourism. This is to be paid on location and it costs 150 HUF/person/night over the age of 18.

Service



Buffet-style breakfast

Half board: Our guests may consume the main meals - depending on headcount three-course menu or buffet table dinner - in the hotel’s restaurant. Drinks are not included in the half board service.

Smoking



All rooms in the hotel are air-conditioned and non-smoking.

Accommodation for pets



Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Parking



Our hotel has an outdoor parking lot with a barrier and is monitored by cameras, where our guests can safely park their vehicles. The use of the parking lot is free of charge for our hotel guests.

Internet



Unlimited wireless Internet can be accessed at the reception and rooms.

Booking confirmation



Your reservation will be confirmed in writing (via email) at all occasions, your reservation can only be considered fixed after receiving this confirmation.

Guarantee



No advance payment is required to reserve a room.

General cancellation policy



All individual reservations can be canceled free of charge up until 2 p.m. on the arrival day. In case of late cancellation or not arriving without cancellation (no show), 1 night’s room rate will be charged.
You will be thoroughly informed of any differing cancellation conditions at the particular promotions and offers.

General payment conditions



The compensation for the booked services can be paid on location with cash, bank transfer, as well as credit card payment via website. Other means of payment on location: Széchenyi Pihenőkártya (Széchenyi recreation card), vouchers released by the hotel and/or by its contracted partners.

Taxes



The given prices include the VAT. If any changes occur in the amount anchored by the current VAT-system, our prices might change without previous notification.

Prices



Our online prices shown on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Our flexible pricing is based on the free capacity of the hotel, so it may happen that our prices may increase on certain dates. Our individual prices are valid in case of reservation up to max.7 rooms or max.14 people.

What does online booking on our hotel’s website mean?



You can send your reservation online immediately at the prices shown here and we will confirm your reservation immediately after sending it. The prices on our website are guaranteed to be the best prices in our hotel.

What payment methods are available?



We provide the following options for paying for your accommodation: cash, bank transfer, bank card, Széchenyi recreation card, (MKB, OTP, K&H)

Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, American Express

Does the hotel accept Széchenyi recreation card?



Yes, our hotel accepts the following Széchenyi recreation card: OTP, MKB, K&H

What is the method of paying advance?



You can pay the specified amount (advance payment) according to the confirmation by bank transfer.

Is it possible to pay online when booking?



Yes, on our hotel’s website it is possible to pay the advance by bank card online, via the K&H bank payment interface.

What does guaranteeing a room reservation mean?



The cancellation and payment conditions of individual promotions may differ from the general ones. If we ask you to guarantee the room reservation at the time of booking, enter your bank card details or fulfill the prepayment condition for the specific reservation. The confirmation becomes effective if the requested advance payment or bank card guarantee is received by the date indicated in the confirmation.

Do different conditions apply to booking special package offers?



When special promotions and special package offers are booked, special booking, payment and cancellation conditions may apply. These terms and conditions will be published when each promotion is announced.

What prices are valid for group bookings?



All bookings for more than 7 rooms or 14 people are classified as group bookings for which individual prices apply. At your request, we will be happy to prepare a personalized prices offer for you. Feel free to contact us at manager@outlethotel.hu or click on the Event request.

What are the booking conditions for group bookings?



In the event of a joint reservation of at least 7 rooms or 14 people, individual reservation, payment and cancellation conditions apply, which we provide information on in our price offer.
